On January 9, 2023, the list of members of the Thirteenth Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Hubei Province, China, was announced. Our Chief Lawyer, Comrade Li Ming, was elected as a representative from the field of social sciences to the new term of the Hubei Provincial CPPCC.
Dr. Li Ming, a member of the Communist Party of China, serves as the Chief Lawyer at Yingda Law Firm. His primary areas of expertise include litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy and reorganization, intellectual property, and financial and securities legal services. He holds legal practice qualifications in China, the state of New York, USA, and New South Wales, Australia.
Due to his outstanding professional achievements, Dr. Li Ming has received various honors and awards, including the title of "Top Ten Outstanding Youth of Wuhan" from the Ninth Wuhan City Youth Federation. He was also recognized as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youth" within the city's judicial administrative system. Additionally, he was honored with the title of "Outstanding Practitioner of Wuhan Spirit" by the Wuhan City Propaganda Department, and he was recognized by the Wuhan Bar Association as an "Outstanding Lawyer of Wuhan City" during its Eighth session.
