On October 8, 2023, Chu Xiang Company, a joint venture established by the state-owned listed company Hubei Chutian Intelligent Transportation Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600035) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Yunan Expressway Investment Co., Ltd., along with Hunan Expressway Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and Hunan Expressway Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), successfully acquired the concession rights and all related revenues of the Guangshan section (BK68+500-K100+900) of the Daguang Expressway for 1.215 billion yuan through a judicial auction procedure.
