Yingda is one of the first law firms in Hubei Province to provide legal services for infrastructure construction projects. The firm and five of its lawyers have been selected for the PPP expert databases of the Provincial Finance Department and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. We actively explore and provide full-range services for BOT, BT projects in regional infrastructure construction for our clients, and have successfully participated in several municipal government-invested fund-supported infrastructure construction PPP projects in Yichang, Huangshi, Zhangjiajie, Xiangyang, etc., such as the BOT project for optical cable laying of China Unicom Enshi section invested by a military communication unit, the BT project for the Huangshi highway section, the PPP project for the Huangshi Olympic Sports Center, etc. Among them, the Huangshi Olympic Sports Center project was selected as a national PPP demonstration project.
