In the field of bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization, especially in cases related to real estate, mining, and aviation industries, we have extensive business experience. We are designated as Level I bankruptcy administrators by the Higher People's Court of Hubei Province.

The bankruptcy team is directly led by the firm's director, the secretary of the firm's party branch, and the director of the management committee. It comprises 33 practicing lawyers, including 8 senior partners with over 15 years of experience. These include the Wuhan Light Reach Stone Co., Ltd. bankruptcy reorganization (converted to bankruptcy and conciliation) case, the first bankruptcy reorganization to conciliation case handled by the Dongxihu District People's Court; the bankruptcy case of Hubei Herun Coal Sales Co., Ltd., the first bankruptcy liquidation converted to reorganization case in that district; the bankruptcy liquidation (converted to bankruptcy reorganization) case of Youhedao Tong Aviation Co., Ltd., the third national airline bankruptcy case handled by the Hongshan District People's Court; the bankruptcy liquidation case of Wuhan Yuanlv Shijia Real Estate Co., Ltd., a large real estate project and the first "Protecting People's Livelihood and Property" project to enter bankruptcy proceedings in Dongxihu District; the bankruptcy (pre-reorganization) case of Haixi Holdings Co., Ltd., the first pre-reorganization case in Qinghai Province, handled by the Intermediate People's Court of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture; the liquidation project of Wuhan Evergrande International Tourism City; the bankruptcy case of Central-South Air Group, the largest bankruptcy case in Hubei Province at the time, reviewed by the Higher People's Court; and the bankruptcy liquidation case of the Sino-foreign joint venture Wuhan Container Co., Ltd., the first Sino-foreign joint venture bankruptcy case in China.
