Dr. Li Ming is the managing partner and senior partner of Yingda Law Firm. His main practice areas are international legal services, finance and capital markets, and commercial litigation. He has Chinese, New York State, and New South Wales State lawyer qualifications. He serves as a member of the Hubei Provincial Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Foreign-related Professional Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, the deputy director of the Foreign-related Professional Committee of Hubei Provincial Lawyers Association, a member of the Hubei Provincial Judges and Procurators Selection Committee, and was selected into the leading talent pool of foreign-related lawyers by the All-China Lawyers Association.

Dr. Li Ming has successively provided legal advisory services to dozens of national agencies and enterprises/institutions such as the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Hubei Provincial Department of Transportation, Hubei Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd., Wuhan Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd., China Wuhuan Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., Fuxing Technology Co., Ltd. (000926), Chutian Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. (600035), Yangfan Holdings Co., Ltd. (600421), Huaxin Cement (600801), Baibuting Group, etc.; provided special legal services for bond issuance, initial public offerings (IPOs), and listing on the New Third Board for more than ten companies; participated in handling more than ten bankruptcy liquidation (reorganization) cases; and handled nearly 100 major civil/commercial litigation, arbitration, and non-litigation matters on behalf of clients.

Representative Cases

Handled more than 30 bankruptcy cases, including the third national airline bankruptcy case, the first bankruptcy (pre-reorganization) case in Qinghai Province, the first reorganization to conciliation case in Dongxihu, and the first liquidation to reorganization case in Hanyang, with a total debt exceeding 20 billion RMB. Undertook cases for 12 New Third Board listed projects, provided legal services in securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and arbitration for five listed companies, and offered IPO-specific services to two enterprises. Provided antitrust legal services to well-known companies such as Tencent Music, Alibaba China, Huaxin Cement, establishing one of the few teams in the province capable of providing antitrust legal services. Assisted in preserving and increasing state-owned assets, handling key project demolition and payment cases for Hongshan District and Wuchuan Group, thereby recovering significant economic losses for the country.

Handled and participated in the handling of major litigation and arbitration cases for over ten enterprises, including FoxStar Huiyu, Wuchuan Group, Jiaotou Operation Group, Baibuting Group, Xudong Group, China Wuhuan, Huaxin Cement, Douyu Network Technology, Hongding Investment, Wuchuan Heavy Industry, Wuhan Hongshan Key Project Demolition Office, Baibuting Huan Yu, and Shandong Baibuting Shipyard. These cases collectively involved over 100 billion RMB and were instrumental in preventing the loss of state-owned assets and supporting the development of private enterprises. During the 2008 global financial crisis, represented two shipyards under a renowned private enterprise in handling shipowner abandonment matters, participated in multiple international arbitration cases in London and Stockholm, engaged in ship trading negotiations in Singapore and Malaysia, and facilitated transactions of over ten billion RMB in ship sales in the international ship market amidst a downturn.
